STRENGTH IN THE MIDDLE

Scripture:

Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31

Message:

The middle is always the hardest.

Not the beginning — that’s excitement.
Not the end — that’s relief.

The middle is where:

• your back hurts

• your shoulders ache

• your patience is thin

• your energy is low

• your faith feels stretched

The middle is where you wonder if you can keep going.

But God renews strength in the middle, not after the battle is over.

He gives:

• fresh breath

• new courage

• quiet endurance

• strength you didn’t know you had

Not because you’re strong —
but because He is.

Life Application:

God meets you where you are, not where you wish you were.

Prayer:

Father, renew my strength in the middle.
Lift me when I’m tired.
Carry me when I can’t carry myself.
